Real-Time Weather Data Monitoring Services C²I² Systems offers a range of real-time weather monitoring services for applications such as civil engineering, shipping operations, salvage operations, helicopter operations, movie production, sporting events, agriculture, litigation support, etc. The following weather data is offered wind speed, wind direction, barometric pressure, outside temperature, inside temperature, wind chill factor, relative humidity, rainfall, solar radiation, ultraviolet radiation, soil moisture, soil temperature and leaf wetness. The following sea condition data is offered swell amplitude, swell period, swell direction and sea temperature. In addition to data services, digital image and video capture services are offered. These can be provided in monochrome and full colour as well as in various resolutions and formats. For multiple views, either multiple cameras or pan and tilt systems are offered, with full operator control optional. Remote cameras can be provided with automatic lens wiper/washer systems, auto iris and controllable zoom lenses. All data can be provided in tabular, database, format. Data can also be provided in graphical format (typically at 3 minute, 10 minute, 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days and 5 days intervals). Historical and Archival Weather Data Services Apart from real-time weather data, historical data services are also offered. Any of the real-services that are available are also offered to be provided on a historical basis, either online or in optical media format (CD-ROM, DVD-RAM or DVD-ROM). Archival data from the following existing sites can also be provided Big Bay (Bloubergstrand), Cape Agulhas, Kenilworth, Kommetjie, Muizenberg and Struis Bay.
