1.1   Software version reports 2.4

1.2   Only 3 RX buffers per channel supported

      NRZI space/mark supported without DPLL and only with flag/sync's
1.5   SMC ports not yet implemented (Fixed)
1.6   Added BISYNC protocol
1.7   Two cards work together on SVME/DMV179 and X86 host card. 
1.8   X86 host has some performance issues. Not fully tested yet.(Fixed)

1.21  hssCreate_device() checks firmware version stored in EEPROM against host driver version.
1.22  Added hssEnable_polled_mode() function for low latency driver. (Disabled in version 4.0 / only available in version 3.5.4)
1.23  Support for DY4 SVME181.
1.24  Fixed bug which caused the transmitter to corrupt packets.
1.25  Added HSS Power-On-Self-Test (POST) routines.
1.26	Added UART break character handling to hssSend_data().
1.27	Fixed problem on SVME179 when running hssCreate_device().
1.28	Added driver libraries for vxWorks 5.5.
