1. Known Issues with the Current Release

1.1   Software version reports 2.4 
      Fixed
1.2   Only 3 RX buffers per channel supported 
      4 RX and Tx buffers per channel now default (Fixed)
1.3   100% bandwith utilization not supported yet (Fixed)
1.4   NRZI space encoding for HDLC not working
      NRZI space/mark supported without DPLL and only with flag/sync's
1.5   SMC ports not yet implemented (Fixed)
1.6   Added BISYNC protocol
1.7   Two cards work together on SVME/DMV179 and X86 host card. 
1.8   X86 host has some performance issues. Not fully tested yet.(Fixed)
1.9   Programming of flash on X86 not fixed yet. (Fixed Done 2001-06-27)
1.10  Implemented HSS Front Panel board
1.11  2.8 Supports multiple devices per Host Carrier Card.
1.12  Fixed problem with CCT X86 board.
1.13  Added new hssOpen_port_fp() function to enable floating point support for tasks.
1.14  Fixed hssPci_init() function to allocate all PCI devices properly.
1.15  Fixed hssCreate_device() function so that it can only be called once.
