Sales Engineer Electronic Systems The position requires a graduate electronics engineer who can work with people from various disciplines to design, develop, support, market and sell products from concept to delivery. Reporting initially to the Board-Level Products Manager and later to the Business Development Director, the incumbent will require a sound technical capability, excellent communication skills, a business aptitude and be customer orientated. The ideal candidate will have some experience in electronic hardware and software design and development (embedded microcontrollers, digital logic, I/O adapters and digital communication boards, software drivers, software applications, etc.), but be looking at a career further than the development bench. The incumbent will commence duties as an embedded electronics design engineer with some sales and marketing responsibilities and progress to being a full-time sales engineer. The company will provide the necessary inhouse and other training and support for this career development.
