C²I² Systems has developed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) to improve management of the organisation, especially in the development, production and support of systems and products, thereby better satisfying the expectations of its customers. The QMS has specifically been developed in order to ensure quality and consistency within the ISO 9001:2008 quality regime, yet retaining flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs.

C²I² Systems's Quality Management System has recently been formally audited and certification awarded in terms of the International Standards Organistion's ISO 9001:2008 certification programme.
